Pros: staff was excellent with their customer service and was eager to provide any assistance at any time. The pool and spa was awesome!! Really loved the fact that pool was open 24hrs. So nice to take a swim at 3am when you cant sleep. Swim & spa was perfect! Then to a nice shower and a VERY COMFORTABLE BED!
Cons: The only thing that we didn't like is the breakfast buffet. They had scrambled eggs, potatoes, muffins, bagels, fruits, and cereals. There were no meats or option to purchase breakfast. But the food and fruit was good for my wife but not me, I need meat (large breakfast)

Pros: Very comfortable bed & robe; pretty property; nice breakfast
Cons: Air-conditioner didn't seem to work properly & was loud; mosquitos were out of control and kept us from enjoying patio. Very disappointed the room's fireplace had been plastered over - it dramatically reduced the charm and our expectation. While we enjoyed the majority of the breakfast, the eggs were tasteless and seemed to be imitation.

Pros: Fantastic facility. Beautiful grounds. Young woman on front desk was fantastic and went out of her way to make her guests feel welcome.
Cons: Breakfast was a little sketchy.

Pros: You would never have guessed that you were there in the middle of the city by the way the hotel was situated and the ambiance within its walls. The casitas were so pretty and inviting. The continental breakfast was nice each morning although they could have offered a little more variety. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.
Cons: The 1st night was AWFUL. Apparently they had put me right next to the kitchen where they were having to power wash out their grease pans or something. IT WAS HORRIBLY LOUD at 12:30 to 1:30 am in the morning. I called the management and complained, they told me there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to move locations. Okay really at 1:30 in the morning? Get real. The next morning they told me I was the only one who complained. My thought was - the staff was either covering for each other or the other patrons were on sleep meds with alcohol on top of that not to hear that LOUD, OBNOXIOUS sound. The only other thing that I have to say negative about it was when I tried to plug in my laptop while in bed, was the outlet behind the bed was a fire hazard and I had them fix it the next day, which they were more than willing to do.
