Pros: Resort blended so well with the surrounding environment one did't know they were in the city of Tucson unless took effort to check. Great relaxation for grandparents, with many activities for grandkids. They loved feeding the koi and checking on the tortoise while hiking to the waterfall.
Cons: needed two baristas for the morning coffee crowd. One was overworked and caffeine deprived customers getting irritated with wait.

Pros: Sheets were SO comfortable. Staff is great - above and beyond, helpful. Our fitness leader during the 6 a.m. walk 8/20/16 - Valerie rocks! Free parking and valet included in resort fee, very cool. Waterfall was healing.
Cons: When the cashier messed up my payment method at the spa. Gnats
