Pros: Very helpful staff. Room was clean except for "old" food left in room refrigerator from previous guests. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: We were charged a $29/day "resort fee". I was the first guest down at the pool on two of the mornings during our visit. The pool had a lot of dead insects floating, the lounge chairs and tables were "sticky" with spilled drinks and food. If there is a "resort fee", I would expect more. On the positive side, there was always dry towels poolside and the wait staff were attentive and helpful.

Pros: Pretty surroundings, pool and spa are nice. Room was clean
Cons: Unreliable staff. Don't expect much from them. In addition to other difficulties we had with them, I called about an expensive t-shirt I accidentally left in the room and they claimed there was nothing. Rooms had little sound insulation. This is also a terrible place for young couples. Was pretty much all families, so for that reason we didn't even use the main pool or hot tub.
