Pros: It was scenic and private.
Cons: They buildings are very dated on the exterior and were not very pleasing to look at. There were little details that totaled up. Would not stay there again.

Traveling as Couple

Pros: We liked the location. Easy to get around locally as well as taking day trips. The layout of the resort was well-designed with gorgeous views of the foothills and south to Tucson, especially at night.
Cons: We felt the resort was somewhat shabby, and living on its reputation. Our room was very dark and needed an upgrade in lighting. A recent change in management may have affected the attitude of the staff, who were pleasant, but not very engaging.
