This secluded bed and breakfast is loveliest in fall as the foliage surrounding the grounds lights up in vibrant colors. The beautiful home features large wrap-around porches and verandas. Set on a hill, the estate features a large red barn toward the back of the property that is a locally popular spot for weddings and other events. Inside the one-time Pratt family home you will find several parlors, all with distinctive design and many unique antique appointments. Ornate oriental rugs make every room cozy and rich. All rooms have gas fireplaces, and some have access to the verandas. High-platform beds, many of which are canopy, with luxurious linens, make waking up early a near impossibility. Large, luxurious bathrooms, all equipped with oversize stone showers with body jets, provide ample space and comfort. Several baths have two-person jetted tubs. The property is very near the University of Arkansas campus, yet it feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle. Jogging trails line the grounds.

Pros: The property is beautiful. Comfortable and with a lot of history! !!!!!
Cons: Breakfast could improve its variety
Pros: This is an embarrassingly good hotel, a true hidden gem.
Each of the seven rooms offer total comfort with ultra-wide beds, fireplaces and superior bathrooms.
Nested among blossoming trees on a hilltop this hotel offers views on Arkansas landscape that are difficult to beat.
Cons: If this hotel could offer a bit better breakfast then I would probably move in indefinitely.
Pros: Beautiful rooms and view, quiet and very comfortable!
