Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum is at 120 Riverfront Park Dr. Guided tours of the USS Razorback take visitors to all areas of this Balao-class submarine, which served during World War II and the Vietnam War. The sub was later sold to the Turkish Navy and rechristened the Murat Reis. Museum displays explain the submarine's history. Other exhibits feature the USS Arkansas battleship, USS Arkansas missile cruiser, USS Hoga tugboat and Mississippi River history. Temporary exhibits also are available.
Tours require a moderate level of physical activity that includes climbing up and down ladders; comfortable walking shoes are advised. Not recommended for children under 5.
$7.50; $5 (ages 6-12, ages 62+ and military with ID). Museum only $2.
