Pros: This hotel is very well maintained. Very clean and nicely decorated. The room size was excellent and really liked the size of the couch.
Cons: The air conditioner is really quite loud. This has been our only complaint when staying at Residence Inn. Another Residence Inn we stayed at had the same problem.

Pros: Great service! Hotel employee was very accommodating by getting us into our 4 rooms early so my family and extended family could change for my father's memorial service. Hotel employee helped us that night to use the grill and have a big family dinner.

Pros: The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was pleasant. The location is good and the amenities in the hotel were nice.
Cons: The pool was dirty. You could tell the pull out couch hadn't been used in a while it was dirty once it was pulled out and the mattress was stained.

Great facility with clean, comfortable...
Pros: Great facility! Clean hotel, and nice comfortable rooms.
The price was a little high, but so were all of the other hotels in the area for this weekend.
Cons: I booked at such a late date, that I was only able to get the queen suite. My husband I would have been more comfortable in a king. Not the hotel's fault! All hotels in the area were booked because of the Razorback's football game.

The best hotel ever!!
Pros: The hotel looked fairly new. It was right in the heart of a plaza with every restaurant you can think of, so you just walk out the door and go eat. The breakfast was wonderful, best cheese eggs ever at a hotel. I asked for extra towels and roll away bed, got them with no problem. The pool area was great and had everything the kids needed because they forgot some things. Loved it, and I always try to stay at a Resident Inn hotel since I travel often.

Nice place and good value.
Pros: Nice clean place, and a great location. Loved the fact that On The Border was right across the street. The breakfast they served was one of the better ones we've had at a hotel, and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The complimentary water bottle had been partially drunk, and the mouthwash bottle had been used. Cleaning team must have forgotten to replace them.

Pros: Kids loved the pool and pool hours are fabulous 6am-11pm, so if u have a lot of activities you can still get in some swim time
Cons: Stayed here on several visits and the breakfast isn't always the same, not as good of variety second visit.
There was a group of young kids celebrating a birthday-pretty much all boys-- in the pool area, it was VERY loud and there were about 15 kids, loud and a little wild, but this isn't really the hotels fault.
The hotel didn't offer a Map of area or info on activities or events in the area

Enjoyable weekend
Pros: My family and I really enjoyed our room. I thought it was well laid out and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the later hours that it stayed open. Breakfast was very nice as well. We will be returning here.
Cons: There were a lot of people in the pool and the towels ran out. That was understandable but there were still no towels in the morning in the pool area.
