Pros: Exceeded my expectations for the low dollar amount. It was nothing special, but it was very inexpensive. I really liked the free cookies awaiting arrival in the lobby and the breakfast was more expanded than advertised.
Cons: Older decor, but it is in a small town and costs less than $--- per night.

Pros: Breakfast! It was amazingly good! Scrambled eggs with salsa, sausage, waffles, cereal & yogurt & pastries. I even liked their coffee. Quiet. I slept well, comfy bed, not old worn out mattress. The bathtub drain drained, it wasn't clogged!
Cons: Two things I personally rate as minor: (1) There is no elevator. (2) Departing south on N Arkansas requires a left turn that can take a while during rush hour
