Ozark Plateau cuisine is the claim to fame at this restaurant. Both the food and service are enjoyable. Chef Miles James also offers a nightly five-course tasting menu that has a wine-pairing option. Menu items might include seared Hawaiian black grouper, roasted leg and loin of Arkansas rabbit, cardamom-paprika glazed beef short-rib and a citrus marinated-hickory grilled pork tenderloin.
