Pros: We enjoyed the nice breakfast they served. It was very good. I love when a hotel has a waffle maker.
Cons: When we first arrived to our rooms we discovered fleas. We booked 3 rooms and they all had fleas. We asked for different rooms on a different floor. The receptionist was very apologetic. I asked if there was anything else they could do for the trouble. She said they could give us points for all three rooms to apply for a future stay. (5,000 points per room) I accepted that. Our new rooms were better in that they didn't have fleas. They were still disappointing because they all had a musty smell. My wife discovered mold growing on our door. None of the bathroom doors would close all the way. I noticed the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so that might be the problem. Our beds were comfortable however they felt damp from all of the moisture. We picked this hotel for the high rating of cleanliness. This was a let down. Later on after we left we ended up having issues with the points we were supposed to get. The hotel said we should see the points online within 3-4 days. I waited a week and nothing. I called the choice program and they had a record of the room switch but not the reason. The hotel never documented that we had fleas. Long story short after almost a month and many hours of phone calls the choice program gave us our points plus an additional 5,000 for the hassle. The choice program was very helpful in this matter. I had so many issues with the hotel though. Specifically the general manager/owner Jay Patel. He only wanted to give a third of what was promised and would never speak with me personally. Because of this I will never stay at this hotel as long as he is the owner.

Pros: We booked two rooms for 3 nights. Our sons room had really nice beds very comfortable. They had a good breakfast every morning. It was within walking distance of a Malco 8 so you could just walk over and watch a movie if you had spare time in your schedule.
Cons: Our room had no towels or wash cloths. Went to the front desk and told the young lady and she handed me 4 towels. It was hard to ever catch anyone at the desk and when they did come out they were on the phone. Our bed was very uncomfortable, it was completely worn out. If we hadn't already unpacked our bags and hung up our clothes, I would have requested another room. I can't believe no one had already let them know the condition of that mattress.
