Print Museum is on n.w. corner of Izard and Franklin sts. in Historic Washington State Park. This 1915 building once was the town's post office and a bank. The printing and telegraph equipment now displayed dates from the early 1800s. Tour guides relate the history and operation of the apparatus. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
Admission to park free. Tour site tickets $9; $5 (ages 6-12). Surrey ride $8; $4 (ages 6-12). Sampler tour (choice of two buildings) $6; $3 (ages 6-12). Tickets must be purchased from the visitor center. Pricing may vary with special events.
Hours: Park open daily 8-5. Buildings are closed daily noon-12:30. Phone ahead to confirm schedule.
