This restaurant has been a perennial favorite for almost 20 years with repeat tourists and locals alike. Guests can savor the international flavors of Caribbean-influenced cuisine in the al fresco garden courtyard. Rich rock lobster a la crème in a puff pastry and crab cakes with spicy island remoulade are great beginnings. Among offerings in a sea of fresh fish is the almond grouper with creamed spinach sauce. Carnivores might try the rack of lamb or one of two types of schnitzel. Part of the menu has a whole selection of Philippine-inspired adobo dishes made with a rich sauce of vinegar, soy sauce and garlic.
