Pros: Beautiful location in a secluded bay, few people
Cons: It's quite expensive for what you get, cleaning could be improved, no wifi in rooms
Pros: The location is excellent for a relaxing stay.
family with young children
Pros: Its a beautifull place..quiet and relax
Cons: Service at pool area they need more staff in that area...also the entrance need more signal and ligth at night..because its dark to go in...
Cons: The hotel is at the end of a long unmade road and access is made through a checkpoint that gives one a sense of entering a prison. The booking was for an ocean view room but on arrival we were allocated a room with a view of the garden and pool. Yes it was luxurious but it was not the type of room we had requested. The staff were disengaged, slow (30 minutes to check in), unhelpful and did not explain in english why we could not have the ocean view room we had booked. This is a timeshare operation and the emphasis seems to be more on finding new timeshare customers rather than accommodating tourists.
Pros: Beautiful scenery and friendly staff. Nice excursions available.
Cons: The staff was often disorganized. The food was mediocre to poor. The only wine available, Mexican, was undrinkable. There is nowhere comfortable to go when the weather is poor.
Pros: The rooms are very updated and new, the views were spectacular, you can walk far far into the warm waters of the sea. Paddle boarding kayaking snorkeling. Going back next year
