Pros: The staff is fantastic. The food was excellent. We loved that we were there in low season, so we received outstanding service without crowds.
Cons: Not really a negative, but we did not have a car, so we were a steep taxi ride to either town--$50 round trip. After visiting San Jose we concluded that there is no reason to leave the property. We are not big shoppers, and the food at Casa del Mar is great.

Cons: They need to figure out a way to keep the pool water cooler during the summer months.
Pros: Excellent staff and accomadations
Cons: Expensive food drink cost
Pros: Wonderful staff
Helpful in every way
I thank you
Pros: Location and service
Cons: Food and food choices
Pros: Absolutely perfect. Quiet, beautiful rooms with wonderful views. Amazing staff, very clean. NOT a party hotel. Excellent pools. I am in San Jose deal Cabo for business 1-2 times a month and am thrilled I found this little gem.
Cons: Finding pool towels can be rough after 5 pm as the pool bar shuts down at that time. Just used room towels.

Pros: Service and Concierge were excellent. All staff was super friendly - almost overly so.
Food was generally quite good with regional flair and content, but a little "fancy" for our taste over even a short 4 day vacation. Sometimes just a simple taco would be nice (especially in Mexico!).
Pretty nice facility, pretty good amenities, nice little spot on the beach (with good ceviche!).
The bar was a nice, comfortable place to hang out and watch a game or two we wanted to see.
Walking distance to Las Ventanas (GREAT nachos there...) for an easy off site meal.
Cons: Sometimes a long time for food - we have a prior experience in Cabo with more buffet style/ short order all-inclusive food service which was preferable on vacation, especially with kids.
Pool wasn't very deep - maybe 4 feet. tougher for much jumping/ play for pre-teen and teen kids (likely by design!).
Cons: Needs instruction pamphlet in room for accessing tv,a written room service menu, where and what...a map of property
