Regional dishes from throughout Mexico have been given a light new touch. Fresh local ingredients enhance such dishes as white fish with cilantro, amaretto and garlic or herbs, chicken mole poblano and pork loin stuffed with mushroom in plum sauce. The kitchen is in a restored historic house, and seating is on the patio. Also on the premises are an internet cafe with coffee and lighter fare, and a wine and tequila bar set in the garden.
