Pros: I have stayed here twice, first in the older building then recently in the newer one. Definitely stay in the newer one if you can. Especially if you staying 3 or more days. It's much nicer and has a cleaner feel. If your looking for luxury this is probably not the hotel for you. As far as noise, it was noisy for the first night but it was a Sunday on Labor Day weekend so of course it would be loud. People are there to have a good time, it didn't bother me nor my husband. The next two days we were there it was dead quite. Like where did everyone go. Parking lot and structure went from full to practically empty. So it just depends when you go. The restaurant in the hotel is also good and stays open late. All and all I had a fun relaxing stay here and would stay again.
Cons: Replacement or deep cleaning of the hallway carpet is needed. It looks dirty and stained. Don't order cocktails here they're weak, I'm not sure any alcohol went in at all. I had 3 through out my stay with hopes they would get better, but no. I would stick with beer, wine or shots at least you know what you're getting and paying for. The two spas in the newer area are old but one of the staff mentioned they're getting redone in the winter. Not sure if true but hopefully.

Pros: Close to all the bars
Cons: The staff would follow you around, like if we were gonna steal something. The front desk clerks had an attitude. We went as a family for the Labor Day weekend and so we all stayed in different hotels. My twins which were 11 were practically kicked out. I explained they were just there to take their bags. Won't stay there again.
