Pros: Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Decent sized rooms. Quiet, relaxing and great spa. Right in the middle of nature, great gully trail, lots of birds everywhere.
Cons: Food is decent but not amazing. However 13°59° restaurant is a ten minute walk away. I had already spent some time by the sea at a different location so did not miss it but if you want to hear the waves at night you will need to be closer!
Pros: Some staff
Cons: Other staff....distance from urban locations ...no shuttles to capital
Pros: Lovely, quiet hotel with low key entertainment. As we were B&B good to have kitchen. Chose adults only hotel as UK half term week and it was sociable with lots of like-minded guests. Plenty of room in the grounds, lovely pool. Gulley walk very interesting. So good we're coming back in November! Thank you Sugar Cane!
Cons: If you're not AI you can only use the beach loungers at Almond Beach but no way of buying drinks or food there. Would prefer more frequent shuttles to beach/town.
Pros: The staff were really friendly helpful and always smiling
Pros: Michelle Gibbs at the front desk provided outstanding customer service upon my arrival. Ryan (restaurant staff) was extremely helpful!
Cons: Distance from the beach; birds in dining area.
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly, always happy to help arrange outings and to give information.
Pros: Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms five star plus!
Cons: Internet connection was sometimes intermittent

Pros: Staff very kind and available
The manager was very professional and helpful in solving a little issue .
The buffet was delicious !
Pros: Good view. Pleasant service.
Cons: It's not boutique chic. Towels could be thicker. Bathrooms are a little dated.
Pros: Lovely location with beautiful grounds and pool area. Comfortable room with large terrace. Good breakfast and also had really good barbecue one night.Had lovely spa treatment and staff member very friendly and very good as well.Shuttle service to beach good and enjoyed glass bottomed boat trip provided by hotel.
Cons: Disappointed at arrival that main concern was that bill had to be paid straight away. I had a query which was referred to a manager and dealt with in a less than friendly manner. Not a good start and as first time visitor felt that more regular visitors got better service. Definitely suited to older age group as quite a quiet place, but as only spent 2 nights there felt it was ok for short stay but not longer.
