Modern units have ocean views and range from stylish studios to one- and two-bedroom suites. Fireplaces, large TVs, comfortable sofas, galley kitchens and balconies or patios add to the appeal. The three-bedroom condos are ideal for parties of six or more and feature larger kitchens, a dining table and living room setups as well as a washer and dryer. Some units have a hot tub on the balcony. A number of board games and DVDs are available for those rainy days. There is also a surf shop, enclosed gazebo and fire pits.
