This is a legacy restaurant for almost 50 years on Bermuda's dining scene. For pasta lovers there are savory preparations of gnocchi, risotto and pappardelle with veal ragout. The star dish is the cacio e pepe which is flambéed table side in a parmesan cheese wheel. Salmon, sea bass and daily local catch top the seafood portion of the menu while meats include slow roasted duck, veal chops and certified Angus beef. Fabulous desserts round off the menu. There's no lunch on Saturday.
