AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Conference facilities): What impresses me is the ocean view conference facilities with stunning floor to ceiling wall murals that colorfully depict Bermudian culture.
On 50 landscaped acres that slope down to a pink-sand beach, this refined property offers a variety of spacious upscale and chic units hosted in separate buildings. All units have furnished patios. Guest units range in size from 455 square feet to an impressive suite of 1,500 square feet. With a separate tub and shower, each unit offers an optimal degree of comfort. The junior suites and higher room categories also feature extra amenities, including exclusive brands of personal care items. The resort fee includes one hour of tennis so make sure you try out the pro tennis center. A trip to the Asian-inspired spa is a must so book a treatment before you arrive. While there are always several dining options available, two of the restaurants are only open seasonally. The ocean view conference facilities are a big hit with meeting planners. There's a kids club available all year for an extra charge. The kids club accommodates children between 3 and 12 years old with lots of outdoor activities. Gathered with other guests in the lobby lounge each evening between 4 pm to 5 pm for a complimentary cocktail.
Meets AAA guest room security requirements. Smoke free premises. 98 units, some cottages. 1 story, exterior corridors.
4 night minimum stay - seasonal and/or weekends, 30 day cancellation notice, 14 day off season-fee imposed, pet friendly (call for restrictions/fees.).

Rooms at main building were closed and windows of these rooms had wood and other stuff to cover that. Looked like ghost town from the pool.
Pros: Beach access
Cons: Totally overpriced. A bagel with salmon $25 plus gratuity and some fruit at breakfast $20 plus gratuity.

I had a great time...
Cons: The overall cost is just too expensive compared to other islands.
Pros: the view from our room was spectacular and the room and the bed were very comfortable
Cons: the vacant building on the property was an eyesore

Pros: Beaches great. Room great. Staff very good.
Cons: Beds too small. Prices for Mickey's restaurant and beach service ridiculously high. Sea Breeze the same, with quality of the food not worth the prices paid.
Pros: Lovely setting, great beach, pool also, and super nice people. You know you're in BDA at all times.
Cons: Loved it all, really. An onsite dive shop never hurts but the concierge can book such activities.
An excellent venue for a...
Pros: The holistic service from the staff was excellent.
Cons: Restaurant too formal. Needs a fast buffet option for breakfast.
Overpriced for the accommodations.
Pros: The staff was very nice. Mickey's Restaurant saved the day.
Cons: Did not like the fact that the hotel was non-operational. Only a lobby. It was overpriced for the inconvenience of no elevators due to the shuttered hotel. I didn't appreciate being carted around by scooter. Not at all handicapped accessible. I didn't expect to stay in a cottage like room. And I don't expect to ever return.

Wonderful get away from the...
Pros: Ambiance, surroundings, private, swimmable beach; staff is friendly and courteous.
Cons: The cost of meals at the resort is quite high; you may consider offering two options: inclusive and non-inclusive for various guests to consider.
Beautiful spot, but expensive for...
Pros: Beautiful location and beach. Friendly, attentive staff.
Cons: Very pricey. No indoor bar/lounge. Inconvenient to get around.
Pros: Mrs. T and Ash of Elbow Beach bike rentals are wonderful. Really care about safety, comfort and provide valuable riding lessons.
The beach is exceptional. Food is good also.
Cons: Main building mostly closed for renovations. A bit dead and musty. There used to be great shops. Overall, the resort is very nice but feels abandoned and sort of passed its prime.
