Pros: The staff was so nice and helpful and pleasant. The location was very close to the nicest beaches but far from the main town with shopping and nice restaurants. So, I guess you cant have it all, but I loved it.
Cons: The beach itself is really small. The pool didnt look so nice, but we werent there for the pool. They offered a breakfast and dinner package for $30/pp per night which was nice, but the dinner portions were very small. I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel was nice enough to let us cancel after the first night though.

Pros: The staff was amazing!! So friendly and helpful!! The beach was also great - so beautiful!!
Cons: Nothing! It was amazing!
Pros: This family run small resort felt like a B&B with friendly caring staff while offering more services and amenities as a small resort. Location was wonderful. Very accessible to ferry and buses to travel to Dockyards or Hamilton or nearby beaches with better snorkeling. Food was amazing! Menu changed nightly so no repetition needed.
Cons: Relatively small beach with less snorkel opportunity on site than we expected. Balanced by staff providing recommendations and transportation to nearby Church Bay.
Pros: The location and service was excellent
Cons: The place needs a facelift much tired looking
Pros: The views from the hotel are great, the rooms are spacious and the beach is small but cute.
Cons: We were suprised to see that the average hotel guest was somewhere around 65+ which is not a problem but probably has everything to do with the fact that the hotel is super far away from all main attractions in Bermuda. Since you cannot rent cars in Bermuda, you will end up paying a lot of money for cabs or will be dependent upon buses that only run certain hours of the day. Besides that, the wi-fi is non-existent in the rooms. When we complained about the internet, the staff at the front desk was super rude and unhelpful and did not even try to fix the problem. Overall this hotel is okay but definitely not worth the amount of money every night. I would recommend staying closer to a hotel near horseshoe bay beach or elbow beach since the beaches there are far more beautiful and closer to everything else!
Pros: We loved absolutely everything about the resort. Wonderful staff, beautiful location, excellent service and terrific food. Can't wait to go back.
Pros: Staff is generally exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the property and services available. Very helpful. Restaurant choices were very good and varied. Quality of food was excellent. The majority of the server staff was well informed on Gluten Free options. Menu's were clearly marked what options could be made gluten free. View is priceless. Beach is spotless and private, water is incredibly clear and smooth. Bus is convenient to all destinations. PGA course next door. We had an issue with our room and it was handled smoothly, professionally and to our satisfaction.
Cons: Buildings & walkways/steps need some pressure washing. Some paint in places would make the property POP! Pool needs to have the tile at the scum line scrubbed regularly. A minority of the server staff was not fluent in the Gluten Free options and were not super helpful.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff made our holiday. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They were endlessly positive and cheerful. Definitely the best aspect of the hotel. The view of the ocean from the room was outstanding.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner.
Pros: The beach in our hotel was exceptional!
Cons: Is VERY quiet. We would have liked to hear some local music, even if it was just background music....that's just us though.
Pros: Our arrival from another hotel in Bermuda, The Rosedon, was greeted by the hotel manager and that surpassed what we had experienced earlier. Tim showed us all that was necessary, was very kind in helping us to choose a more suitable package for our stay. I would say every member of staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Superb. A very suitable hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Cons: Sadly the beach below the hotel had been washed away by the recent hurricane, but a strenuous effort was being carried out to restore this. Tim did point out that the steps down could be difficult but I, of 84 years, and with a painful back managed these without too much difficulty, taking it slowly.
In other words, NO COMPLAINT.
