Pros: The staff was so nice and helpful and pleasant. The location was very close to the nicest beaches but far from the main town with shopping and nice restaurants. So, I guess you cant have it all, but I loved it.
Cons: The beach itself is really small. The pool didnt look so nice, but we werent there for the pool. They offered a breakfast and dinner package for $30/pp per night which was nice, but the dinner portions were very small. I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel was nice enough to let us cancel after the first night though.

Cons: Nothing! It was amazing!

Pros: This family run small resort felt like a B&B with friendly caring staff while offering more services and amenities as a small resort. Location was wonderful. Very accessible to ferry and buses to travel to Dockyards or Hamilton or nearby beaches with better snorkeling. Food was amazing! Menu changed nightly so no repetition needed.
Cons: Relatively small beach with less snorkel opportunity on site than we expected. Balanced by staff providing recommendations and transportation to nearby Church Bay.

Pros: The location and service was excellent
Cons: The place needs a facelift much tired looking
young couple
Pros: The views from the hotel are great, the rooms are spacious and the beach is small but cute.
Cons: We were suprised to see that the average hotel guest was somewhere around 65+ which is not a problem but probably has everything to do with the fact that the hotel is super far away from all main attractions in Bermuda. Since you cannot rent cars in Bermuda, you will end up paying a lot of money for cabs or will be dependent upon buses that only run certain hours of the day. Besides that, the wi-fi is non-existent in the rooms. When we complained about the internet, the staff at the front desk was super rude and unhelpful and did not even try to fix the problem. Overall this hotel is okay but definitely not worth the amount of money every night. I would recommend staying closer to a hotel near horseshoe bay beach or elbow beach since the beaches there are far more beautiful and closer to everything else!
