Pros: Arrived to our hotel. Explained we had kids with us, they booked us in a small space room with a single King (seemed to be a queen), and no pull out couch. Had to pay $40 extra per day to get a room that had a pull out couch.
Cons: They gave us a room that would fit a single person, after telling them we had kids with us. Had to sleep on a chair on the first night because there wasn't any room on the bed. Next day we paid $40 extra for them to put us in a room that had a pull out

Pros: Room was okay, not as clean as I expected tho. Nice big bed.
Cons: Unclean, mainly the bathroom and desk. parking and location are terrible, it is shared with a chinese mall. wifi is not complementary, ruined the whole stay because of that. Said there was internet available. bathtub was nothing special

Pros: The staff was nice. Our cleaning lady came and gave us towels everyday.
Cons: Parking. The structure is too small. We had a hard time looking for open parking spaces. But we went and asked them and they said to just park in valet.

Pros: The fact there was parking in the garage, the smoking area outside the 2nd floor bar and the bartender. Great service.
Cons: The fact parking was $12/day and the internet was $7/day. At many other hotels, this is free. The gym was on the smallish side.
