Disappointing

Pros: The location was easy to find. The lay out of the room was adequate.
Cons: The hotel was on a busy street with little parking and that was dirty and needed a good parking lot sweeping. Our room needed a good vacuuming. The halls were dirty too. They charged a very high price for our small 13 pound dog that we took with us or had in his crate at all times. The free breakfast was a few items from a "special menu" and all the food was stale or microwaved or from the packs on the table. Nothing tasted or looked fresh. It's location and some real deep cleaning and pride in what the hotel could offer would make this a great place to stay but for now it is just adequate.
