Cumberland Museum & Archives is off Hwy. 19 Cumberland exit, 2 km (1.2 mi.) w. on Cumberland Rd./4th St., then just w. to jct. 1st St. and Dunsmuir Ave. Visitors can walk through a replica of a coal mine and view exhibits about Cumberland's mining history. Outdoor heritage tours are offered. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
$5; $4 (ages 12-18 and 60+).
Hours: Daily 10-5, June-Sept.; Wed.-Sun. 10-5, rest of year. Closed major holidays. Phone ahead to confirm schedule.
