Langley Centennial Museum is at 9135 King St. Regional artifacts reflect the lifestyle of early explorers, fur traders and native peoples. Re-created period rooms include a parlor, a kitchen and a general store. Displays also feature wood carvings, stone artifacts and baskets from the Coast Salish culture. Permanent and changing exhibits focus on art, science and Canadian and world history.

Hours: Mon.-Sat. 10-4:45, Sun. 1-4:45. Closed Jan. 1, Good Friday, Easter Monday, second Mon. in Oct., Nov. 11 and Dec. 25-31.
