Fort Nelson Heritage Museum

Fort Nelson Heritage Museum is w. on Hwy. 97 at Mile 300 on the Alaska Hwy. A white moose is among the stuffed animals displayed at the museum, which chronicles the history of Fort Nelson and the construction of the Alaska Highway. Exhibits include vintage cars, photographs of the construction of the Alaska Highway and a trapper's cabin.
