Start off with oysters (fresh shucked, Kilpatrick or Rockefeller style), clam chowder or Dungeness crab cakes. Main courses include fish and frites, sockeye salmon Wellington and decadent lobster mac ‘n’ cheese with orzo and mascarpone. It is all expertly prepared with yummy twists on classic recipes. Lunch is pared down a little.
