Pros: The fact you could walk right out onto the beach.
Cons: Expected to have a room with a water view, but no such luck. Beach is very crowded, and go down early to save their beach chairs with towels, yet don't show up on the beach until after 3 in the afternoon...

We skipped the free breakfast as is was only pastries and other breads.
Pros:
Cons: We were very disappointed in our room 209.. It is tucked away in a corner and there were two mouse traps in the corner area outside. It smelled of urine outside our door. Our room looked out to a wall and it felt like a dungeon.

We called ahead of time to confirm that our room was a queen lakeside room. We were told it was, and that we would be either on the first or second floor. When we arrived we were given a "queen" size room facing the parking lot. When we informed the front desk what we were told over the phone, they said they don't confirm room location. I persisted to tell them we wouldn't have come if we were not going to be lakeside. We were given a king size third floor lakeside room for one night and then moved to a first floor "queen" size, lakeside room for the remainder of our stay.
Pros: Cleanliness, access to the beach, and location.
Cons: The queen size bed was not a queen. The so called queen size beds are actually doubles.

Wonderful

Pros: Right on the beach, generally quiet, free breakfast hours were great and it was constantly being replenished so that everyone could get some without chaos (generally an issue with free breakfasts in hotels, they run out of stuff and people get pushy).
Cons: The strong Febreeze smell in the stairwell, not sure what they were trying to cover with that, but it actually hurt our lungs and noses!
