Pros: The cottage was nice, modern and spacious. The location was good, except they aren't "ocean front", it's about a 10 minute drive to the beach. The area is great if you like to walk as there are lots of nice walking/running trails around.
Cons: The beds were old and lumpy. A lot of the dishes in our cupboard were dirty, we pretty much had to wash everything before we used them. We had an issue with our unit not having cutlery and were given the 3rd degree by management after we told them and asked for some. Other than that it was great.

Pros: It's a home away from home. Spacious for our family of many. Soundproof. Well stocked, unlike other places. Lovely decor. Loved that it was separate from everyone else.
Cons: Having to wash my own bed linens instead of having them taken away and refreshed. Putting away washed dishes at the end of visit (first property that has requested that...) No treehouse channel. We stayed during a week of 30c and the fans/open windows weren't enough to cool down during the night. This place is booked so far in advance :( Owners being able to stay long term/year round and not have their cottages available for booking doesn't sit well with me.
