Penticton Museum & Archives is at 785 Main St. Displays describe the natural and social histories of the southern Okanagan Valley. A historic transportation exhibit about the Kettle Valley Railway is available along with an exhibit about the Canadian military. Summer programs include cemetery walks, heritage tours and children's activities. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
$5; $2 (ages 5-17).
Hours: Tues.-Sat. 10-5. Archives open Wed.-Fri. 10-4. Closed major holidays.
