Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the staff were great. Excellent food also
Cons: We had a room facing the parking lot. In future I would request a room overlooking Revelstoke

Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The outdoor hot tub was magical (even though it was small, it was perfect for a couple.) The mountain view from the restaurant patio was lovely. We stayed in the king Jacuzzi room and I found it very romantic and cozy. The rooms were clean, and I LOVED the generous large bottles of complimentary shampoo and conditioner available for guest use in our room. Goes much further than those little tiny bottles you typically get, plus way better for the environment which is wonderful.
Cons: Because we were a little way out of town, a complimentary continental breakfast would have been really nice. Also, the first night I found the room very, very uncomfortably warm and difficult to cool down. The temperature control was very confusing (I wanted to turn the fan on to blow air from outside, but I didn't want the AC to turn on). But it would not turn the fan on without the AC. So then when I decided to go ahead and turn the AC on, the temperature control would not go below 20 degrees. So if it was cooler than 20 degrees in the room, the fan/AC would turn off. 20 degrees is way too warm for me to sleep in. The 2nd night it had cooled off enough outside that I was able to just leave the window open and then it cooled off enough for me to feel comfortable. But if I were to stay there during a really hot summer weekend, I would have been very uncomfortable. Just a silly finicky problem to have, but sleeping well is very important to me at a hotel, so temperature control is very crucial.
