I believe that guests should be notified if pets are on the same floor as they are. While I am aware that "pet friendly" seems the norm, it is obvious that they discriminating against people with allergies and fears.
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: I am allergic to dogs and I came face to face with a big dog as I exited the elevator to my floor. This caused me a lot of stress and an allergic reaction that required having to use a puffer inhaler on my return home the next day.

Pros: The person who helped us check in was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional.
This hotel should be rated as 3 stars no more and it is below the standard of the Marriott world wide.. not coming back
Cons: Over priced, rooms are outdated, you have t pay for everything, parking is $20/day
Breakfast over priced...even the complimentary bottle of water that your receive in other 4 stars hotels is not free in this hotel ( $4.50)...Not coming back

Pros: Bedroom was big
Cons: We booked a family room with sofabed. The sofabed was very small and uncomfortable. I was disappointed as we wanted our last night in Vancouver to be really nice and it was just your average nice hotel which i could have booked for half the money. Nothing special.
Cons: It's pretty high cost. Mostly just a treat. Not something I can afford every day.

Nice choice
Pros: Good location, very nice hotel employee, convenient to everywhere, close to Richmond center and there is a super good Chinese restaurant. Just a little expensive than the average.

Pros: Large room. Very good restaurant and bar. Friendly ,accompanying staff. Extra points for being green. Reasonable parking fees. Walking distance to light rail, centred in downtown area.
Cons: As expensive as high end hotels in Europe and Asia.

Pros: A colleague and I were sharing a room (due to a missed plane connection) and we appreciated having a one-bedroom suite so we could each have our own space. Appreciated the airport shuttle too. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was good - right across from the Richmond Centre mall, and across from a big park for a walk in some "green space". And, relative to what else was still available that night, this room was one of the better deals.
Cons: It was pricey that night, but that seemed to be because Vancouver hotels were all very full that night so any hotels that still had rooms were demanding a high price for last-minute bookings. The the living room part of the suite was kind of dark and basic.

Pros: 'Free breakfast items were good but disappeared very fast since not that many were put out compared to number of rooms in he facility
Cons: WiFi was terribly slow and it is very inconvenient that it requires new log in every 24 hours. Got dropped many times!

Pros: Bedding was very good; I like the new way of bed cover using a clean sheet rather than the old coverlets---I always wondered when was the last time it had been laundered!
I live on the Sunshine Coast and cannot easily get an early morning flight from home without an overnight stay in Richmond, so your hotel has been a good fit for my schedules.
