Pros: Our family suite felt like a cabin. It had a backyard and a huge living room and kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised!
Cons: The only trouble we had was the odd smell in the suite and the noisy heaters but everything else was comfy and clean.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the accommodation was very clean. Kitchenette was well equipped for our stay. A good size suite for a family stay.
Cons: Door connecting the two parts of the accommodation (two bedroom suite) locked automatically when closed and we did not have the key to unlock it. Luckily my seven year old was the same side of the door as me. We returned late from a family supper to find we could not access two of the bedrooms; we had to wake up the owner and it took some time to resolve as she did not have the key to hand. This needs to be rectified for a family rental. Location of suite, lower floor facing a dreary lawn and hedge did not make the most of the location. No outside lighting on the stairs leading down to the suite is a hazard as I had to carry a sleeping child down dark stairs. Overall safety features need to be more carefully considered for family accommodation.
