AAA Inspector Notes
In the heart of downtown, there are lots of bright and beautiful areas in which to lounge at this large, convention-oriented hotel. Many of its spacious, modern rooms boast fantastic city views. The large LCD TVs are on a super extendable arm so you can view your favorite shows comfortably from almost anywhere in the room. Another nifty feature is the elevator call system, which is operated by your key card and tells you which cab to take and delivers the elevator right to your floor. Smoke free premises. 644 units. 34 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: Very comfortable beds, great sized rooms. Staff got us a room at 11am and we asked for and got a great upgrade for just a few bucks more. I like options and the ability to pay for upgrades if available for free ;) The mall attached is nice too.
Cons: Getting a cab can be a challenge during busy times, I would call ahead or order a car if time is tight.

Pros: The location was excellent for shopping site-seeing, transit, entertainment, restaurants and shopping.
Cons: The room was basic, not what was expected for a 4 star hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy.

Pros: The location is great. Lots of shopping and places to sightsee within steps of the hotel. People at the front desk were quick and friendly at check in and check out. If you self-park, it's much cheaper than some of the other nearby hotels.
Cons: I didn't love the outdoor swimming pool in November, but my kiddo did. It's heated and having the hot tub outside is a nice feature.
