It's a treat for me to stop at the bar first and watch the bartenders make magic. They even have a "lab" where some of the ingredients are crafted.

This restaurant features a nifty origami sculpture on the ceiling that leads the way to a modern, pretty dining room with over 50 varieties of decorative plants. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer interesting views of the city. Alternatively, you can watch the chef and his team in the open kitchen making creative dishes such as house burrata salad, olive oil poached halibut or lamb rack and belly with tomato fondue and puffed grains. The restaurant uses the best ingredients in the area and the presentations are beautiful. You will also find very innovative cocktails and a great wine list.
