There's a pretty and elegant design at this delightful, glassed-in dining room overlooking VanDusen Botanical Garden. The menu is also pleasing with ingredients that are very fresh, including organic items and sustainable Ocean Wise seafood. The chef conjures up some delicious food, ranging from the signature seafood chowder to mains like Pemberton Valley short ribs. Desserts include ice cream and sorbet. Lunch is a little on the lighter side but equally delicious.
