Pros: Very impressive resort. Great buffet in the am. Amazing views! Even a helicopter can land there. Beautiful crystals everywhere and lots of glass for views. Pools and hot tub superb.
Cons: A problem with our room cleanup. Did not take away dirty glasses. Did not leave new pool towels.

Pros: Good dinner at the restaurant, even though "Bream and Scalops" was good bream and one average scalop cut in half!! Service was good and prices were average for this type of good hotel. Excellent views and clean room with fancy lighting.
Cons: No tea and coffee making equipment in the room. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Very abrupt, impersonal sign in by the man who registered us. Not the best start which is very important. We are not fond of buffet breakfasts which tend to attract "All you can eat types"!

Pros: Breakfast included and full use of spa facilities during the stay. An absolutely stunning hotel in an amazing development.
Cons: Car valet is free but can sometimes take a while for your car to be collected. Perhaps needs a few extra staff or dedicated runners who don't get caught up with desk duties.

Pros: The hotel is the best place for vacation. The lake view is awesome. I was in 3 floor which is the prefect place to see the lake and mountain. Also, the spa pool is amazing. Everything is awesome.
Cons: None. A little thing, just a male server made me unhappy. The reason is that I asked him to change high level room, but he said “all rooms are full”, and ignored me. Kidding me?After a while, I changed to asked female server which is very nice to help me upgrade the lake view room.
