Pros: I've stayed here a few times in the past and it has really grown on me. At first I was bummed it was on the outskirts of town but actually that's a huge bonus, especially on weekends. Large King Suite in the tower building. Seems to be a lot of wasted space but oh well, it's not my real estate. Some noise from traffic on Blanshard St but really nothing major. It's JUST outside of downtown (I've walked from this hotel to the inner harbour before, about 20 mins) so no drunks making noise in the streets at night/bar crowds. Check in was all of 30 seconds, effortless and friendly, these guys are always good at the front desk.
Cons: Breakfast is a bit routine, the usual that all hotels offer, but is not an added expense so you can always skip it and hit a restaurant. It does fill the hole before a drive up island though. TV's are a bit small by today's standards but that's some serious nitpicking, especially as there are two, one in the living room and one bedroom. My only regret to posting a positive review is that it will get busier and tougher to book.

Pros: It was a very good location to get to downtown. The staff were all very friendly and always greeted us.
Cons: The breakfast was the same every morning with the exception of alternating meat of ham or sausages. It would have been nice to have some cut up fruit.
