Pros: Location, service and atmosphere were great. Food was good but on the veggies side.
Cons: We stayed in two rooms and both did not have a shower (but there was a jet bath) or a safe.

Pros: ease of entry, all timelsots for an early breakfast were filled when we arrived, but we noted when we wanted it and it arrived as requested.
Cons: We were in basement, windsor room and could hear cars on road and kitchen. Woke me up earlier than planned. Didn't have the B&B feel where you get to know the owners. I prefer B&B's like this. Next time I may go for another one. But if you want a secluded weekend away, this one ticks all the boxes.

Pros: Great breakfast; comfy bed; friendly staff
Cons: Basement room smells musty like mildew; noise from adjacent apartment building (Friday night), noise from their cars because we had to leave the window open due to the musty smell; no screens on window and moths got in when we had the light on; I'm wondering if the "last" room which we booked in July for mid September is the one that is givien to Booking.com guests? It is the Windsor Room and there was no vacancy on the first night so we couldn't change rooms, not sure of the second night.

Pros: Very romantic location in easy walking distance of restaurants and sights. Food was beyond divine and chef catered to special dietary needs. The canopy bed was comfortable and elegant. Food was brought to your room in a basket: cozy though we miss mixing with other guests.
Cons: We were in the Windsor Room, which had both dark walls and dark carpeting, combined with a step down into a sunken living room area not far from the bed, so getting up in the night without falling was tricky. We solved it but next time we will request a different suite. I think all the rest are lighter and more airy.
