Pros: Room was gorgeous.
Cons: Could hear a lot of noise/voices from neighbouring rooms....very distressing when you pay high $$ and have to listen to kids and other conversations. When paying for room at this caliber of hotel I'm very disappointed that instead of sleeping in on my holiday I'm listening to outside noise because rooms/hallways are poorly sound-proofroofed.

Happy to recommend this hotel...
Pros: The bed was like a cloud. the staff were more than just courteous, they were friendly but not cloyingly so. the weather was fantastic which always improves ones mood but it was the stellar location, building staff and food that mad the whole experience to die for.
Cons: So sorry the Bengal Room is only open now for special functions. Such a period place and have always enjoyed having a meal there and enjoying the surround views.

Not worth the money.
Pros: Awesome location and service. Beautiful building.
Cons: Rooms and halls are in need of renovation. The hotel charges for everything from water to wifi and music. Room bathrooms are small and very outdated.

Fabulous
Pros:
Cons: Having to pay for WiFi was very irritating considering this hotel is over $300/night. You’d think they could throw that in!!
