Pros: Everything was impeccable. Restaurant delicious. Staff helpful and uber friendly. Location great, close enough to the village and beautiful rooms.
Speechless. Guaranteed to come back.
Pros: Everything was splendid. My wife and I chose this establishment for our wedding night and we were surprised with fine chocolates (complimentary) and extended check out times. The staff was amazing and the room service good quality was fantastic.
Excellent stay at Four Seasons...
Pros: Service excelkent
Cons: Fire alarm went off in the night
Fabulous short ski break
Pros: Ski concierge service was great as was the universal friendliness of the staff. Also the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, the shuttle service and of course the steak @ sidecut!
Cons: Nothing really!
Luxury service fell short
Pros: We were impressed by the great room service food, including a perfectly cooked omelette. Honored our late checkout request. Ski concierge was very convenient. Nice amenities like complimentary house car, hot cocoa, and s'mores. The scent in the lobby was heavenly. Solid pool area with several hot tubs. Well-appointed fitness center and yoga room.
Cons: Very negative check-in experience. Sagging, old bed. While the majority of the staff was nice and courteous, several members were brisk, rude, and downright unhelpful—a total shock. Room was worn down (damage on walls), and sometimes it took multiple phone calls to fulfill basic requests. A bit of a hike to the village and main gondola.
Pros: The entire staff was very positive and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate us during a very busy holiday season. Location was perfect.
Less than stellar Four Seasons
Pros: I liked:
Valet & Bell Hop staff
Balconys from the suite
Cons: Feng Shui was horrible
No dresser in the suite
HVAC wasn't working that great
Only one full length mirror in a tiny bathroom of a 1,400 sq. foot suite
Pillows gave us stiff necks
Rooms kind of out dated
Not enough electric outlets and no USB ports
Pros: The service was excellent!
Visit the Four Seasons at...
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. That pets are allowed though we did not bring our dogs. Great restaurants, and decor. Comfortable beds, bathrooms with 2 sinks was terrific!
Cons: Breakfast kitchen help not well trained in gluten free, dairy free options.
