From the moment you're seated, you'll feel like a specially invited guest due to the first-rate service and refinement found at this upscale dining room. The menu changes seasonally, offering some perfectly grilled cuts of beef, bison and other meats. Special care is taken to provide sustainable and locally sourced seafood. The appetizers are all enticing, but my first choice is always going to be the mouth-watering tomato and gin soup, which is flambéed at the table.
