Pros: Close/walking distance to both convention centre and disney. The shower had great water pressure so that I could get ready faster despite low sink pressure. The beds were comfy and the staff was always available especially the evening staff (very friendly). Rooms are well lit with no weird smells. Despite rides being behind and the convention Centre in front of the hotel it is nice and quiet. Cold/continental for breakfast of a variety of cereal, yogurt, muffins, and fruit with juice and coffee. Food trucks and restaurants close by too. Pretty clean and safe area. Not brand new but comfy and there is a fridge for your Cheesecake Factory cakes, free tokens for the ice machine, and microwave to warm up your chinese take out. TV for when it rains. Heated pool if you want a quick dip.
Cons: No shuttle from hotel to airport. Schedule your shuttle ahead of time otherwise you will need to use Uber or a taxi to get back to the local Santa Ana airport as the bus does not go all the way to the airport (not sure how far the walk would be). If you use a $10 shuttle (CASH only) from the airport choose one that can schedule with you to pick you up before going back. Car rental next to hotel but reserve ahead of time as usually during busy season every thing is rented out.
