Pros: Location to Disneyland was awesome!
Cons: Room was filthy. Walls and floor were dirty, shower pipe was broken, smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag, etc.... Never seen anything like it and not even an apology!

Pros: Great location, fab staff, guest services/bell boys so helpful and happy ! Softest of beds and linen and very clean. Garden and pool area pleasant and Starbucks inside hotel open from 6-11 with all sorts of other stuff was also great. Used valet parking as only $5 more and very quick. Loads of great places to eat within walking distance
Cons: Would have loved to stay longer !

Pros: The shop/cafe in the hotel lobby was great for snacks & stuff
Cons: Arrived late at night to a blocked shower. Had to get the plumber at midnight. couldnt understand why the room wasn't thoroughly checked when previous guests checked out. Some dance festival was on & there was all night noise from other guest rooms. The only 2 Elevators were slow & packed. Screen on the Shuttle ticket machine at the front of the hotel was hard to read & we ended up paying more than we needed. When checking out I asked for the receipt to be emailed to me & still haven't received a copy

Pros: I loved how close the hotel was to Disneyland
Cons: I did not like the hidden charges, resort fee and taxes added to our bill when we checked out

Pros: The price and location of this property, when looking to center your trip around Disneyland, is excellent. There are great restaurants (Must go to Sabroso Mexican- OMG!) within short cab-ride or drive vicinity. There is a huge outlet mall (Outlets at Orange) about a 5 minute drive from here. Disney is a 15 minute casual walk, a 10 minute fast walk. There is a bus to take Anahein Resort Transit (ART), which specifically takes resort patrons to Disneyland and back all day for $5, right on the property. The service at the hotel itself was AWESOME!!! Staff are ALWAYS friendly and ready to help in any way they can. And they are pleasant if you tip them or if you don't, there is no expectation it seems. The little convenience store has most things you could need for a night-in or a day out, and if you need more there is a CVS and Walgreens steps from the resort. The rooms are slightly dated, but not bad at all. They have FREE WIFI!!! FREE!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!! The lobby and the pool area are nicely renovated and appointed. The gym looked great! much better than most hotel gyms I have seen. Nicely equipped with decent machines and multiple treadmills and ellipticals. We didn't use but were impressed because we are regular gym users.
Cons: If I could find something I didn't like, and I liked nearly everything, it would be the fact that no one told us that the view of fireworks we paid extra for would be obsolete as there are no weekday (thursday) fireworks... Still we watched the world of color @ California Adventure and it WAS AMAZING!! The fireworks @ Disney (Friday) were not bad but I would have definitely watched those from my balcony and not packed into the disney square which got uncomfortable when it was full.
