Pros: Great choice at breakfast, much more than most hotels of a similar standard and cost. Within walking distance of downtown Disney & great restaurants. Very helpful front desk at all times.

Pros: Excellent hotel with large, clean rooms and everything you will need for a stay away from home. Breakfast was great but the unexpected supper from Monday through to Wednesday was a massive bonus after being out all day, very easy dinner for a family with young kids too and all free!
Cons: Only slight negative was the rooms were cleaned only once a week and in the mean time towels replaced and trash removed. The only bad thing about this was the floor by the end of the week was getting a bit uncomfortable to live around having a toddler but I'm sure if we had have requested we could have had it cleaned I just don't know if it would have cost. So perhaps half weekly cleaning of floors possibly but I do understand this is a way to keep cost down also.

Pros: Loved the modern furnishings n room. Nice. Price with kitchen was great. Hit breakfast scored points.
Cons: I was just staying overnight but loved it n asked clerk Rachel to extend me a day. She said she did. I did not pay tho. I wish I would of. I found out a hr b4 checkout I lost the room. Very upsetting. I'm single n didn't realize it was spring break n hotels were hard to find. Used your computer n Pam was sweet to me. I'm from Texas n wanted to come back n then picked a temp hotel 20mins away in taxi. Too far n I just ended going back to Costa mesa. Waiting until spring break over n come back to your gorgeous hotel. I'm not mad but disappointed n that's worse than being mad for me (; Oh well. Ty
