Pros: Easy no surprises check-in with warm greeting from the staff. The room was clean and quiet with fridge, microwave, ironing board and iron. There is an amazing restaurant on the property that should be dined at even when not staying at the hotel. Lovely property with fountains and ponds.
Cons: Two story building are walk up only, no elevators. Not really a problem as lower floor rooms can be requested but good to know in advance of making your reservation.

Pros: Waitress in hotel restaurant was excellent!! food was good. The water falls in lagoon was lovely with sound of the two fountains.
Cons: Hotel room didn't have any drawers to put clothes out neatly or at least a suitcase holder to access clothes much easier, instead from floor in the suit case. Hotel lobby was quite challenging to find since there were not easily accessible signs when driving into hotel area although the hotel's restaurant had very visible signs. I was disappointed that the hotel was not by the river when street name of hotel is Riverside Place. Toilet paper holder was awkward place not easy access although bathroom was a decent size.

Pros: Great AC and above average restaurant.
Cons: Not many channels on TV? Rooms were not well insulated, could hear general noises form people walking by the room, to the kids running up & down stairs, then the freeway noise was louder than expected...

Pros: convenient location
Cons: The shower door was not working properly, I was not allowed to pay my bar bill separately before sitting down for dinner, I was charged for my complimentary starter/appetizer. The restaurant is over priced. I was over charge at check out and there was no management personal on property. I did get a phone call later.
