Perfect hotel for my needs and I am sure the same for anybody else.
Pros: It was clean, modern, friendly staff and abundance of benefits that went along with one night stay.

Pros: Its nice and clean
Cons: I don't like all the trucks parked close to the hotel they are noisy. The heater didn't work or the phone by the bed and the tissue box was empty. They filled the tissue,the phone stayed broke they could not fix the heater. Thy gave us reward points.

Pros: Suite has sofa bed and that is great for families.
Cons: Breakfast ends at 9;00 AM. That doesn't make sense. Half the guests might not make it to breakfast because they might want to sleep a little more. So maybe this is designed on purpose to limit the cost of providing free breakfast.

Pros: The girls at the desk were very nice. The rooms are very nice and very clean, the continental breakfast is better then most. There's a little store in the Loby for ice cream and other snacks. The property is clean inside and out and in a quiet area we will definitely stay here again.
Cons: I can't really say there were any negatives great hotel!

Pros: Hotel was a stop over only, due to a rock fall we had to change plans at the last minute, the hotel was 1 minute off of Interstate 15, right next to a discount outlet with lots of big names and plenty of eating places although they all appeared to be fast food. Hotel had a gym and swimming pool.
Cons: No comment to make on this other than the receptionist did not take into account that we were from the UK when giving directions other than that it is a Holiday Inn Express so the hotel was fine and convenient for our journey

A little oasis and serenity...
Pros: Perfect place either for a stopover to Las Vegas or/and for a few hours of outlet shopping next-door. Although not modern, the property is comfortable and clean as a whole, and rooms are large and quiet despite road proximity. Breakfast was OK standard - especially one gentleman working there and managing the entire breakfast area by himself (running, running, but super guest oriented and professional - an example to others! He should get support... Dear Holiday Inn, reward & extra recruitment advised!).
Cons: I didn't like the temptation of the outlet center next door, spent too much money there. LOL :)

Super comfy room. Really loved...
Pros: Stayed after a long drive. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Loved having the fridge and micro. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Liked it all. Unfortunately wasn't able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.

A perfect distance between stops...
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, sheets were nice too. Furniture allowed us to play cards. Appreciated the bathroom counter space. Was worried about security but when saw the location, no problem.
Cons: Towels could have been softer.

Cons: when I made the reservation I specifically said I wanted to pay cash. When I checked in I also stated I wanted to pay cash. Upon checkout I was told they already billed my credit card and I could not pay cash. That was not okay. I Was told the manager was going to call me when she got in. When I did not hear from the manager I decided to call her and she informed me that I could have paid cash when I checked out. She told me that the lady at the counter was new and was not aware that my credit card was not billed yet. The staff needs to be trained a lot better. Not planning on staying here again.

Cons: We had a problem with electricity in our room ,power went off at 2-30 at night and was still off when we vacated our room at 9-30am ,not good to be iin darkness all night.

A fine place for two...
Pros: Room was well appointed. Bed quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were more than ready to assist with our needs.

Hotel good; booking.com difficult
Pros:
Cons: Hotel was fine but we wanted to change plans. Hotel was willing to work with me but booking.com suddenly didn't know me when I tried to cancel - even though they had sent an email to the very address the didn't recognize. So I've stopped using booking.com due to the false claim of "easy cancellation."
