Pros: Beautiful hotel with top notch staff. Our room was lovely and the hotel is centrally located so that we were well situated to walk to most places. The Five Restaurant has the most delicious food! (Gluten free options notated on the menu would be a plus...)
Cons: Wildly overpriced, as several hotels include breakfast, and The Hotel Shattuck Plaza does not. Perhaps they might consider adding breakfast for their guests. The beds, though beautifully appointed with lush fine linens, were most uncomfortable- very hard mattresses. Shower/tubs very slick and unsafe to enter and exit.

Pros: This place saved us! We were moving our son into college and had to get a last minute reservation. They came through and calmed us down.
Cons: The rollaway bed was a bit springy.
