Pros: The hotel has a great location, just one minute's walk to the santa monica pier. It was comfortable and clean, the staff there was friendly in general.
Cons: When we checked out, we found that a bottle of wine and a pack of cashew were automatically added to the bill which we didn't have. While communicating with the the concierge staff, we suggested him to send someone to check and make sure we didn't have them. He didn't take our suggestion and just removed them straight from the bill but seemed quite unhappy.

Pros: Everything about the hotel itself is first class and meticulously maintained.
Cons: Cuts, quality of its NY strip was beaten hands down by Mastro, also it's dress standard was way lower than expected, and if you are unlucky you get noisy neighbors who's singular ability to use offensive language ruined what was expected to be a superlative experience.
