Hotel understaffed
Pros: The staff was friendly worked hard but understaffed. The lady that checked us in was all alone. She had to help others answer phone calls etc. While checking us in. She was also the one who had to come to the room to get our TV going. She was very nice and worked hard but, they need more help.
Cons: The TV would not change channels unless you got up and stood right in front of it. It wasn't working when we arrived either. The hotel was under staffed. The shower head was not good.

Pros: The location is by far one of the best for Bishop area as far as restaurants and other stuff.
Cons: The Old grouchy women at the front desk was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel in my life so far rude,racist and down right just hates her job. Wish I would have gotten the manager instead she did disapline her senior worker and correct her issue with a quickness if not for this the Hotel was a very clean and presentable site.

Pros: The property was very clean, which is the most important factor for me when it comes to a hotel stay. The bathroom impeccably clean, the bed with both firm and soft pillows. The staff were friendly and courteous.
Cons: It was very dry in my room (especially when we had the heater on) to the point I was waking up in the middle of the night with dry nose. I didn't ask the front desk if they had a humidifier available, but it would be a nice touch if they have some available for guests who want them.

Pros: It has been a few years since my last stay. They are finishing the renovation. Rooms are nice and bright with plenty of outlets for the electronics.
Cons: The pool was very cloudy and dirty looking. Could barely see the botton of it. All of 5 feet.
The fish cleaning station made me gag! Sinks had old dried guts in them. Went across the street and asked to use theirs. (Having a place to clean my fish, is very important to me)!

Pros: The breakfast selections were very limited and the buffet wasnt ready at the advertised time.
Cons: The site was under construction and did not look like the photos of the site on Booking.com. They used photos from some other motel in this chain. The breakfast room was very crowded as they just used a motel bedroom while under construction, and there was no hot breakfast.
